You may remember earlier this month the video footage of a strange cloud formation over Moscow that set the internet ablaze with speculation. Today we have a second video of the same sort of glowing cloud phenomena, this time filmed over Romania. Supposedly filmed yesterday, this footage shows almost exactly the same glowing ring that was visible in the Moscow footage:

What exactly are we seeing here? Does this video and the one filmed in Moscow show some sort of UFO hovering in the clouds? If this is some sort of rare natural phenomenon, why have we suddenly seen it twice in the same month? This video may raise more questions than it answers, but if you put any stock in the collective rumblings of the internet, we may have the answer sooner rather than later.

We’ve all seen the posts in forums, twitter, and on blogs proclaiming that government is about to announce the existence of extraterrestrial life. I usually glance through them, take a moment to think about how cool it would be and move on. I just have never thought that the government would ever risk the fallout from such a world changing announcement. Lately though, I have heard more and more talk about disclosure happening sooner rather than later. In fact there is talk that the government might finally be ready to tell us the truth this year and I am starting to think that it may be a strong possibility.

A CCTV system at a grocery store in Mexico captured this incredible footage (which begins at 53 seconds into the news clip below) of a small object flying rapidly around their storeroom. What exactly we are seeing here is anybodies guess. Unless this is a very skillful digital hoax, it would seem that the object is physically in the room from the way it seems to cast light on the bottles stored in the middle of the floor as it flies nearby and because of the lens flare it causes as it gets close to the camera. That being said, there is still no way to know if we are seeing some sort of remote control vehicle equipped with ultra bright LEDs that are blowing out any details that might lend a clue to the object’s origin. Did this CCTV system capture a mini-UFO or some sort of apparition or are we just looking at an elaborate hoax? Let me know what you think in the comments.
